Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via our white-glove service and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on Big Joe products?
Yes, all our furniture comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended protection plans are available for purchase at checkout.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Can I request fabric swatches before I buy?
Absolutely! We want you to be confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches for free through our 'Request a Swatch' page.
Do you offer assembly services?
Many of our larger items include complimentary white-glove delivery, which features professional assembly and packaging removal. For smaller items, assembly instructions and tools are included.
